Week 1 – Dinner 2: Cod / Broccoli

Cod: The recipe:

Cod
Olive oil
Garlic salt seasoning

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Rub oil and seasoning on fish
  3. Bake until no longer translucent (about 25 minutes but depends on thickness and size of cod)

Broccoli: The recipe:

Chicken broth (My Person only made it this way because she wanted to do something with the leftover chicken stock from the chicken soup dinner)
Broccoli
Salt

  1. Bring broth to a boil
  2. Add salt and broccoli; reduce heat to medium and simmer
  3. Cook until broccoli is tender
  4. Drain and serve
