Week 2 was pretty successful in terms of using the groceries and cooking, but I totally dropped the ball on posting (I was too busy playing tug of war:

Week 2 – Shopping

Obama has been inaugurated, MLK has been celebrated and I’m back!

One problem with the Chelsea Trader Joe’s is that all the hemp-wearing, yoga-practicing, granola-eating NYers go there.  The result?  This week, they were out of brussel sprouts and swiss chard.  And kale, ever?  Forget about it.

*that’s right, more than 10% of the bill goes to feeding Other Person’s crack addiction.
